Aerial & Freesat Dish Installations
We have a dedicated Digital Aerial & Satellite installers who can install different TV systems depending on your requirements, these include;
- Complete whole house aerial installations from £180.00.
- Aerial and satellite signal improvements to stop freezing or breaking up of channels
- Freesat and Sky TV satellite installations from £100
- European satellite installations
- Additional aerial point installations from £125
- Sky system upgrade to allow viewing and control of sky from secondary rooms.
Our engineers are CAI (Confederation of aerial installers) approved engineers who can advise on all aspects of signal problems and recommend a solution to your problems.

Expert Local Delivery and Installation service
We offer a comprehensive local delivery, set up, product demonstration service and removal of all packaging on all products purchased from us. So we can offer the best possible service to our customers a small charge of £20.00 is made, however should you wish to collect products this charge is of course wavered.
Wall Mounting Installation Service
We offer a comprehensive wall mounting facility with fixed rate charges of £129.99 for upto 26" screen sizes and £149.99 for screens 32" and larger. This includes wall mounting the bracket and making sure it is located level, fitting TV to bracket, extend mains leads, extend aerial leads, surface mount white paintable conduit so cables are not visible and remove all packaging.

Authorised Service Centre

We can offer an authorised service centre for the following brands:

- Panasonic
- Bang & Olufsen
- Pioneer
- Loewe
- Hitachi
- Tatung
- Canon
- Pace
Servicing and spare parts are available for all other manufacturers from our numerous suppliers.
For all products brought to us (exc LCD & Plasma) we require a £15 inspection deposit, repairs upto the value of £60 will be repaired without further notification, should the repair be more than £60 we will contact you and give an estimate first. For LCD and Plasma the initial deposit is £25.00 with any repair upto the value of £100 going ahead before an estimate is given. Deposits are non refundable, however should you purchase a replacement item from us the deposit can be redeemed against that product.
Workshop repairs usually take 5 working days - subject to parts availability.
Part-Exchange Facility
Unlike any larger stores we are able to offer competitive part exchange offers against any new product purchased. All we need is the make and model of a product, then - subject to inspection - we can offer a part exchange valuation.
Rental Products
For many people renting a product is the simple solution. This enables the customer to relax safe in the knowledge that any problems with operation or faults will be taken care of by our service engineers without any extra cost involved. We offer competitive rental prices on all products in store. Rental contracts are for a period of 18 months; at the end of this period customers are free to change products or terminate a rental contract. Finance
We are able to offer competitive rates of finance through Barclays Capital. Various credit options are available (written details available on request).
Extended Warranties
Unlike the larger stores we don't force extended warranties upon our customers, however should you wish to take out an extended warranty we can offer a competitive rate on all products at the point of purchase. For those customers who do not take out an extended warranty at the point of purchase, we write at the end of the initial warranty period and offer our own in-house maintenance contract for subsequent years. This enables customers to still have peace of mind whilst avoiding the initial extended warranty costs.
Public Address Hire
We can offer a full public address hire facility, from a garden fete to a county show. We can provide equipment for all occasions. Portable systems consisting of 1 microphone, amplifier and speaker start at £35.00 per day (ideal for a tennis court size). A full commentary unit with roof mounted speakers or further out lying speakers starts from £185.00 per day (ideal for a football pitch size). Public Address Installation
To compliment our public address hire facility we also offer a full permanent installation service. We can supply and install both audio and visual installations for all environments including clubs, pubs, bars, churches, retail and industrial premises. We also supply and fit induction loop systems, conference facilities, overhead projection systems and flat screen TV’s for all commercial environments.
